Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a visionary Senior Director - Technology to lead our technological advancements and digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integration of innovative technology solutions across our projects, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the entertainment and leisure industry in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's overall vision and goals, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experiences.
• Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain advanced technology systems and infrastructure to support project delivery and operational needs.
• Ensure robust data management and governance to maximize the value of information and analytics across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to identify technology needs and provide tailored solutions for various initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for opportunities that can enhance Qiddiya's offerings.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to leverage external capabilities.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of technology initiatives on business objectives.
• Ensure that all technology operations adhere to regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on strategic planning and project execution.
• Proven track record in managing complex technology projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
