In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement function, driving efficiencies in sourcing and supplier management while ensuring alignment with our ambitious project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute robust procurement strategies that cater to the diverse needs of Qiddiya’s projects.
- Lead the procurement team, managing all phases of procurement from sourcing and negotiation to contract management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to foster collaboration and improve service delivery.
- Review and analyze procurement requirements, conducting market research to identify opportunities for cost reductions and improved quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement with a focus on large-scale projects in the construction or entertainment industries.
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving team success.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities supported by data-driven insights.
