What You Do

• Coordinates work flow & meet deadlines.
• Evaluate high cost and complicated cases.
• Monitors claims handling quality.
• Commitment to the process instructions to apply the new induced Cost Containement process and follow up on it
• Following up new joiners training and refreshment sessions
• Following up scheduling.
• Following up complete and accurate data entry on system. 

What You Bring

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Show flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users
• Ability to train other staff.
• Strong negotiations and presentation skills.
