We’re looking for a Product Design Manager who will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the design vision for our products. You’ll lead a small but growing design team (1-2 designers at first), as part of the design group, own the end-to-end design process, and partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that simplify the complexity of cybersecurity.

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a small team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and excellence.
• Build scalable design practices, including design systems, process improvements, and team rituals.
• Design Execution & Strategy
• Lead the end-to-end design process: user research, personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Facilitate usability testing, gather feedback from stakeholders/customers, and iterate rapidly.
• Use data and competitive analysis to optimize features and experiences.
• Advocate for the right balance between usability and business needs.
• Leverage AI tools in your design process to achieve better results, speed up workflows, and increase design efficiency.

• Translate complex cybersecurity and networking concepts into simple, elegant experiences.
• Stay ahead of design and cybersecurity trends, bringing fresh insights into the product.

Skills & Background:

• 7+ years of experience in product/UX design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven experience designing for cybersecurity products (e.g., network security, cloud security, identity management, endpoint protection, or related domains).
• Education in HCI, visual design, interaction design, industrial design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design strategy, UX flows, interaction patterns, and visual execution.
• Expertise with modern design tools (Figma required; prototyping experience preferred).
• Strong aesthetic sense with a pulse on current UI/UX trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to build consensus around design decisions.
