The Oceania Sales department is responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities relating to mobility, IoT / connectivity and smart solutions in Australia & New Zealand.

Job Description

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate student studying a double degree of Engineering and Business/Commerce to join our Oceania Sales Department on a full-time basis, for 12 months commencing January 2026.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: 

  • Technical & commercial benchmarking - particularly around Mobility in areas of Electrification, Connectivity / IoT, ADAS, Rail, HCV, LCV and Marine
  • Supporting the Sales & Business Development (BD) team with market research / analysis throughout the business development process
  • Proactively contributing to the development of business strategy across diverse industries /sectors
  • Supporting BD in developing product propositions tailored to customer and industry segment

Qualifications

To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 2 years towards an Engineering & Business double degree
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good understanding of research processes and a sound technical disposition
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively individually
  • Have a strong interest in technical/business innovation, as well as, open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning
