This role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on partner engagement—owning the performance and growth of the most critical restaurant chains in our Enterprise portfolio. You will directly support Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensure flawless execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), actively participate in regional target setting and personally lead relationships with high-impact strategic partners across your region.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Develop Top Teams: develop, coach and support local Key Account Managers across the region to ensure strong execution of Joint Business Plans, commercial levers, and account growth targets.</point>
- <point>Strategic Partner Engagement: Own and support relationships with the region’s most strategic Enterprise partners, leading or co-leading QBRs and acting as the primary escalation point for high-impact negotiations.</point>
- <point>Commercial Planning & Execution: Oversee the execution of JBPs across all Enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with partner needs and Bolt’s growth and profitability goals through structured commercial planning.</point>
- <point>Operational Excellence & Salesforce Governance: Drive performance visibility and accountability by ensuring pipeline accuracy, task tracking, and opportunity management in Salesforce are consistently maintained and actioned.</point>
- <point>Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the regional bridge between local KAMs and HQ teams, aligning tools, processes, and feedback loops to enable successful execution of the Enterprise operating model.</point>
- <point>Optimise Performance Metrics: Set ambitious KPIs, track and monitor team performance, and provide actionable insights and updates to leadership to ensure consistent overachievement.</point>

About you:

- <point>You have over 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, including at least 2 years in a regional or cross-market leadership role.</point>
- <point>You have a proven ability to manage high-value, multi-brand partnerships in fast-paced and operationally complex environments.</point>
- <point>You demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of improving profitability and partner retention.</point>
- <point>You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.</point>
- <point>You have experience leading and scaling distributed commercial teams, driving performance through structured planning and data-driven decision-making.</point>
- <point>You are highly proficient in pipeline and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and can effectively connect input activities to output KPIs.</point>
