Uraian Pekerjaan
- Plan, develop and implement marketing communication campaigns (online & offline) to support promotions, seasons, events, F&B outlets, etc.
- Manage hotel’s digital presence: social media, website content, OTAs, email newsletters.
- Create high-quality content: copywriting, visuals, videos, infographics in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots, promotional materials, signage, collateral.
- Liaise with external partners: media, influencers, advertising / creative agencies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; propose new marketing ideas / innovations.
- Track and report metrics / KPIs (social media engagement, campaign ROI, website traffic, etc.).
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all materials.
- Support internal communications and promotion of hotel activities (events, guest feedback, staff communications).
- Assist in budget management for marketing communications initiatives.
- Manage hotel’s digital presence: social media, website content, OTAs, email newsletters.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Position
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable with digital marketing tools: social media platforms, content management systems
- (CMS), email marketing tools, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Basic design / photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, detail-oriented.
