Job Description
Design Officer – Architect (Food & Beverage Industry)
The Design Officer (Architecture) is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural and interior design solutions that reflect the brand identity and enhance customer experience across our food and beverage outlets. This role bridges creative vision with technical execution, ensuring that every space—from flagship stores to kiosks—embodies the brand’s ethos, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts for new stores, renovations, and pop-up formats.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for approval and execution.
- Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics, operational flow, and customer experience goals.
- Interior & Environmental Design
- Design interiors that reflect brand identity and enhance ambiance, comfort, and functionality.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that meet design and budget requirements.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and food service standards.
- Integrate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to align spatial design with brand strategy.
- Support visual merchandising and signage integration within architectural plans.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and customer flow in food service settings.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
