About The Role

As a Solutions Architect at Auger, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprise customers leverage AI to transform their supply chains.

You’ll partner directly with customers, executive leadership, and product teams to design intelligent, scalable solutions built on Auger’s platform. You’ll lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategy meetings to uncover deep operational needs—and turn them into architectures that deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business context, supply chain operations, technical design, and real-world delivery. Expect to travel to client sites for collaboration, solution validation, and executive presentations.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions, gathering requirements and ensuring alignment across executive and operational stakeholders.
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures, mapping Auger’s products and AI capabilities to complex customer environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain Scientists to shape and refine solution strategies.
• Provide ongoing leadership during implementation, ensuring architectures remain scalable, secure, and aligned with customer objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, decision intelligence, and supply chain management—and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.

What You’Ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise systems integration, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, and cloud-based architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to both executives and technical audiences.
• Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Background in data integration, APIs, or enterprise platforms (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, or similar).
