We seek a visionary VP of Product to spearhead our platform transformation and redefine how customers and partners experience our product. This is a rare opportunity to lead a redesign that will shift us to full self-service excellence while building the foundation for explosive partner-driven growth.
You'll inherit a product with strong market traction but immense untapped potential. Your mission: reimagine our platform architecture to empower customers with seamless self-service capabilities and enable partners to implement and scale without relying on our internal teams. This isn't an incremental improvement but a strategic transformation that will determine our competitive position for the next decade.
As our VP of Product, you'll bridge ambitious technical possibilities and real customer needs. You'll go toe-to-toe with engineering leaders on complex technical decisions while never losing sight of the customer perspective. You'll anticipate market shifts before our competitors recognize them, ensuring we're always ahead in delivering value.
What We’re Looking For
This role reports directly to the CEO and manages our Product team. You'll collaborate across AI/ML, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to build alignment around a product vision that serves customers first and drives sustainable business growth.
We need someone who combines mature product thinking with startup agility. Someone who can execute product strategy at speed while building the processes and culture that will scale with our growth. Most importantly, we need a leader who stays flexible and customer-obsessed, willing to pivot based on market feedback while maintaining an unwavering focus on solving real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Redesign: Lead the overhaul of our platform to enable full self-service and smooth partner implementation, reducing reliance on internal teams while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and implement a detailed roadmap that balances immediate customer needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with AI/ML, Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align product strategy with customer touchpoints and business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and grow the Product team, establish scalable product management processes, and foster a customer-first culture.
- Customer Insights: Lead customer research initiatives and create feedback loops using data, analytics, and direct input to inform product choices.
- Technical Partnership: Work closely with engineering leaders on architecture decisions, translating customer needs into actionable requirements with a business-focused outlook.
- Market Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, analyze market trends, and design strategic responses to position the product advantageously.
- Executive Partnership: Act as the CEO’s primary product partner, providing updates, shaping business strategy, and driving product-related decision-making.
- Self-Service & Partner Enablement: Develop frameworks and features that empower customers and partners to succeed independently of internal teams.
- Data & Metrics: Define and monitor key product metrics, implement analytics systems, and use insights to optimize features and demonstrate business impact.
Qualifications
- Product Leadership: Proven expertise in product management, including analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA), roadmap execution, PRDs, and agile leadership.
- Customer & Market Insight: Background in B2C with a strong UX focus, plus B2B acumen in how product choices drive business outcomes; skilled in customer research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence.
- Technical & Design Fluency: Strong grasp of scalable architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform design, with the ability to partner with design teams to deliver intuitive, customer-first experiences.
- Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to set vision, drive prioritization, and connect strategy to execution, influencing at the CEO/Board level and translating technical concepts into business impact.
- Team & Culture Building: Experienced in scaling high-performing teams, creating repeatable product practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer obsession.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Equivalent experience with demonstrated leadership in product management, successful product launches, or deep domain expertise may substitute in lieu of a degree.
- Location: This role is based in our New York office in the Financial District. We are seeking someone wo is excited to be in-office three days a week, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships across teams.

Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $250,000, plus equity. The final compensation package will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of experience, depth of expertise, and other job-related qualifications. This role is based in New York and is covered by the state’s pay transparency requirements
