Job SummaryAs the GTM Senior Manager at JioHotstar, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for JioHotstar’s Entertainment business through go-to-market strategy and execution for key content, organizational, and product initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Content, Marketing, Partnerships, and Analytics to develop competitive positioning, solutions and integrated plans that deliver measurable business growth. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, and operational excellence to ensure JioHotstar’s offerings achieve maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the GTM strategy for all JioHotstar Platform initiatives, marquee content launches, new product features, and advertising solutions
  • Evangelize new offerings at JioHotstar both internally and externally with advertisers and agency partners through roadshows, webinars, meetings etc
  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, content and OTT ecosystem 
  • Develop data-backed business cases and positioning frameworks to differentiate JioHotstar in a competitive OTT ecosystem.
  • Build monetization playbooks and innovative ad offerings for tentpole events, CTV offerings, and various content slates.
  • Build business cases from an advertising standpoints for new content launches on JioHotstar based on the viewership and the market potential 
  • Act as the bridge between Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver unified outcomes.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through structured planning, clear communication, and data-led insights.

  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize multi-channel data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in developing scalable processes, dashboards, and performance frameworks
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse teams
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills

Preferred Education & Experience

  • MBA With 7+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably from Business consulting/ strategy background
