About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned BFSI executive or consulting partner with deep, first-hand experience in digital transformation across banking, financial services, and insurance. As a Client Partner, you will serve as the strategic anchor for our most important named accounts in the BFSI vertical—driving growth, cultivating C-suite relationships, and positioning our firm as a trusted advisor.
You’ll leverage your executive presence, industry expertise, and consultative mindset to drive strategic account expansion, ensure client success, and deliver measurable business value through the ServiceNow platform and other technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership & Growth (80%)
- Own and Exceed Revenue Targets: Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio through expansion of existing services and introduction of new solutions.
- Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, COO, CRO, and Business Unit Leaders).
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client business goals, challenges, and regulatory requirements—translating them into actionable ServiceNow-driven roadmaps.
- Drive Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase our share of wallet to 70%+ of the Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM). Orchestrate internal teams to deliver value-driven growth.
- Ensure Client Value Realization: Partner with delivery teams to confirm implemented solutions achieve promised outcomes and sustain client satisfaction.
Industry Expertise & Sales Enablement (20%)
- Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with Account Executives to win new BFSI clients by bringing industry credibility and thought leadership to executive briefings.
- Translate BFSI Processes: Map ServiceNow capabilities to transform workflows like customer onboarding, loan origination, claims processing, trade lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting.
- Craft Value Propositions: Develop compelling, outcome-focused proposals that speak to executive priorities and demonstrate strategic business impact.
- Shape Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine our BFSI messaging, market positioning, and growth strategy.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience within or consulting for the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, CIO, COO, or equivalent) or Principal-level consulting role focused on BFSI
- Proven success leading digital transformation, process re-engineering, or modernization initiatives within financial institutions
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a customer, sponsor, or consultant) strongly preferred
- Recognized thought leadership in BFSI (articles, speaking engagements, or panels) a plus
