The Opportunity

We’re now looking for a driven and professional sales expert to develop and grow our market share in HVAC, Hot Water and Solar markets with dealers, installers and resellers to continue our charge for sustained profitable growth. This opportunity would suit a motivated Business Development Manager who is able to use data and insights to inform how they win and grow business, turning leads into long-term customers and creating enduring business partnerships.

You are a natural relationship builder/protector who will relish the chance to hit the ground running and own and grow your space.  With a solid value proposition that cultivates momentum for the brand, vision and products, this is a unique opportunity to join this dynamic high performing team with a strong healthy work/life culture. 

Your region will include Christchurch city and north to the top of the South Island, so ideally you will be based in Christchurch, and have the ability to travel regularly including overnight.

Sales experience where you have contributed to successfully growing a brand will set you apart from the rest. Demonstrate how you convert leads into enduring customer relationships to deliver profitable growth and provide us with a clear understanding of your approach to sales planning and prioritisation. An understanding of our customer landscape is useful, however we can teach you specific product knowledge along the way. What’s most important is your motive and curiosity!
