Receptionist – Tax Preparation Office


Our tax preparation firm is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This position requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and customer service to support the efficient operation of our office during the busy tax season.


Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
• Greet clients upon arrival and facilitate the check-in process
• Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area
• Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Provide clerical support to tax preparers and management as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Position Details:

• Seasonal, full-time hours during tax season
• Compensation based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
