Summer 2026 DFA Risk Management Intern

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of milk pricing, commodity markets, and risk management tools
• Be involved in daily operations of DFA Risk Management by supporting risk management programs and processes
• Work on meaningful projects related to educating and engaging DFA farmer-owners, internal business units, and customers about commodity markets and risk management by developing new resources and analyzing data 
• Contribute to regular DFA Risk Management publications, including the content creation and editing process
• Collaborate with other interns on community-focused projects
• Gain exposure to other DFA segments through structured training and internship events

Qualifications

Education:

The preferred candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Business, Finance, Agriculture Business or related.
