Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR
- Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front office for efficient care delivery
- Build rapport with patients, families, and referral partners
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Colorado PTA license in good standing (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic outpatient setting and manage a varied caseload
