We’re looking for a Client Success Director (CSD) to join our EMEA team in London. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with some of our most strategic clients, leading a team of Client Success Managers to deliver exceptional results across e-commerce and performance marketing channels. This is your opportunity to influence digital commerce strategies for household-name brands, collaborate with global publisher partners, and shape the future of advertising technology.
What You’Ll Do:
● Be the strategic partner. Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at some of the world’s largest brands.
● Drive measurable growth. Lead your portfolio to deliver adoption, retention, and revenue expansion across Skai’s omnichannel solutions.
● Lead and inspire. Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Client Success Managers—building capability and ensuring client goals are exceeded.
● Run impactful business reviews. Lead executive-level Skai Business Reviews to showcase performance, uncover opportunities, and guide client strategies.
● Champion cross-channel excellence. Partner with global publishers (Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, etc.) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
● Collaborate for innovation. Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to influence platform development and capture new market opportunities.
● Act as the voice of the client. Surface insights, feedback, and opportunities to continuously improve our technology and services.

What You’Ll Bring:
● Proven experience in client success, account management, or consulting within SaaS, adtech, or digital media.
● 5+ years in client services and/or technical project management.
● 2+ years managing or leading a team of direct reports.
● Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape (social, search, retail media, apps).
● Strong skills in executive communication, consultative selling, and data-driven storytelling.
● Track record of driving cross-channel strategy and growth for global brands.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
● Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Criteo, SA360, or Analytics (a plus).
● Multilingual skills (German, French, Spanish) are also a plus.
