Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work carefully and precisely in a cleanroom environment, following instructions and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on producing work that contributes to critical aerospace and defense systems.

What You Will Do

• Involves working with very small parts (under 1/8”)
• Most work is done under a microscope
• Use soldering irons and various solder equipment
• Use harness assembly tools
• Meet production schedule and production process times
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and quality
• Follow procedures per SOP’s (standard Operating Procedures)
• Other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Good understanding of manufacturing documentation (Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings, PCB files)
• Experience and knowledge of electronic components and operation associated with them
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• IPC610 and IPC620 knowledge and training
• J-STD-001 Solder certification
• ESD knowledge and training
• PWB assembly operations
• Harness assembly operations
• 3 yr. minimum solder PCB experience
• Skills in cleaning electronic assemblies
• Epoxy knowledge and handling
• Able to read assembly drawings
• Able to read and follow production travelers
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
• Must be able to sit for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work with Microscope in order to performing duties

This position is considered safety-sensitive under FAA regulations and requires the successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Specific duties include Aircraft maintenance and preventive maintenance, which are considered safety-sensitive functions under FAA Part 120. Employees must maintain a clean drug and alcohol testing record throughout their employment. When requested, the results of drug and alcohol test may be shared with future employers, in accordance with FAA requirements.
