Join our Market and Credit Risk Department, where we manage a diverse, multibillion-dollar portfolio across multiple markets. We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Margining & Credit Risk to help drive robust credit risk management and ensure the financial integrity of market operations.

How you will make an impact:
As a key member of our credit and risk team, you’ll play a critical role in managing daily collateral and margining operations across multiple energy markets. Your work will help prevent default risk and support the overall stability of the region’s power markets.
• Administer intra-day margining for Real-Time, Day-Ahead, FTR, and Forward Capacity Markets.
• Calculate and evaluate daily collateral requirements for market participants.
• Reconcile margin data and resolve discrepancies or disputes with market participants.
• Manage Letters of Credit, Surety Bonds, and cash deposits to meet credit coverage needs.
• Execute participant suspension and cure procedures as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all collateral-related inquiries.
• Collaborate on the development of tools, systems, and enhancements for collateral management.
What you need to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial risk, credit analysis, or collateral operations
• Strong familiarity with margining practices and financial instruments (e.g., OTC derivatives, futures, cleared swaps)
• Understanding of ISO/RTO energy markets and the role of a central clearing counterparty
• Proficiency in managing collateral tools, including Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with precision in a high-stakes environment
