EVS Technician Lead opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an EVS Tech Lead position in our Environmental Services department. The Tech Lead supports and complies with all organizational policies and procedures, including policies regarding ethical business practices. The Technician Lead implements departmental policies and procedures, goals and objectives and standards of work. Accepts responsibility, authority and accountability as the supervisor, and demonstrates initiative, offers constructive suggestions, uses sound judgment in problem solving, as well as discretion and reasoning. Employee performs well independently. Consults with department head regarding disciplinary action needed following hospital policies and procedures. Is willing to adjust schedule as necessary to complete work load, and represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community while communicating the mission, ethics and goals of the facility as well as the focus statement of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Additional language preferred.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience: One year related experience and /or training preferred

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
