Inviting applications for the role of Corporate Technology – Manager - English
The IT Site Lead will be responsible for maintaining regular governance with various business and IT stakeholders, ensuring overall site stability and performance from an IT standpoint. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management, and effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain regular governance processes with business and IT stakeholders to understand site requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with IT strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
• Coordinate with the IT team to plan, implement, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business units to identify IT needs, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions to support business operations.
• Conduct regular site audits to assess IT infrastructure, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance IT performance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and driving continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance site IT capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the site's IT operations.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address IT-related challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CCNA are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
