Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Billing Analyst

In this role, we seek a focused, determined, and competitive Billing Analyst capable of achieving a rapid collection cycle, meeting our objectives, and whose objective is to support management from an operational, analytical, and tactical perspective, addressing client requests.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the billing process for all business lines of the company, including monthly and periodic billing reports and closing statements.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial information in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.  Ensure billing is in accordance with client requests and requirements.
• Prepare monthly or periodic billing reports and closing statements.
• Handle billing-related tickets, providing solutions to meet needs and comply with operational quality standards.
• Ensure the proper functioning of processes under your responsibility.
• Oversee the month-end closing process to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Keep manuals and process documentation under your responsibility up to date.
• Design and implement process improvements to simplify tasks and enhance the quality of work performed

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Analytical thinking, report preparation, agility, and the ability to efficiently manage requests and consistently meet deadlines
• English – Intermediate Level, B2 or C1

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Solid knowledge of billing processes
• Significant volume of transactions (Preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• JD Edwards ERP, and electronic invoicing platforms.
