The Organization
The Enterprise Ways of Working (WoW) organization sits under Technology Business Enablement (TBE) within the Enterprise Platform & Technology Business Management (EP & TBM) organization. The Enterprise WoW team drives collaboration, transparency, and effectiveness across the enterprise by embedding best-in-class practices and enablers that transform and scale how we plan, invest and allocate resources.
With a 60+ global colleague base, Enterprise WoW’s success is founded in operational excellence, engagement, and execution discipline. To help sustain and scale this standard, we’re seeking a Manager Assistant to provide leadership team support, project management, and colleague engagement coordination across the portfolio.

The Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Ways of Working, the Manager Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of the leadership team’s operating rhythm, delivery of goals, and execution of enterprise-wide priorities. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to apply program and operations management skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Partner across the Enterprise WoW team to define, document, and communicate strategic priorities; help shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
•    Document annual and quarterly goals, track progress, and support ongoing performance updates with leadership and the broader team.
•    Craft presentations and communications for senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and enterprise forums.
•    Develop content and agendas for internal and external events (e.g., Town Halls, workshops, colleague engagement events).
•    Support VP with execution of quarterly/annual processes (goal setting, scorecard management, performance reviews, talent planning, business planning).
•    Manage team budgets, ensuring accuracy of reporting, appropriate fund utilization, and issue resolution with business partners.
•    Collaborate with enterprise partners and centers of excellence to advance key initiatives and business priorities.
•    Assess colleague engagement and team health, develop recommendations, and lead initiatives to enhance collaboration, belonging, and performance.
•    Increase efficiency of existing processes and procedures to strengthen organizational capacity and impact.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, a team player, and a confident communicator across levels, eager to take ownership and deliver impact.


Skills & Experience:
•    Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
•    Strong business acumen and ability to connect day-to-day operations with strategic outcomes.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and tailor messages for executive audiences.
•    Experience in project and process management.
•    Demonstrated collaboration and influence skills, with a focus on transparency and delivery.
•    High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
•    Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and follow through with precision.
•    Prior experience in organizational development, talent, or technology/portfolio-related teams preferred.
•    Undergraduate degree required; 4+ years of relevant work experience.
 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
