Introduction
The Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health aims to support the introduction, scale-up and further piloting of high quality and high impact interventions to improve Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (MNCAH) in Pakistan by harnessing the potential of both public and private sectors, coupled with introduction of women and girls empowerment intervention. UeN has two major components; one is to introduce proven effective MNCAH interventions at scale in 14 districts and the second is to generate evidence through innovative approaches to improve MNCAH while included in the public health programme in Pakistan. Of the five innovation projects, one aims to measure the Men Engagement in Women Empowerment (MEWE) through Life Skills Building (LSB) and cash transfer to improve maternal mental health in Pakistan.

This is a grant-funded contractual position.
Responsibilities
Your will be responsible be responsible for the supervision of overall quality control and assurance of data for all field sites and will be the contact person for all the data related queries. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development of data collection & monitoring tools;
- liaise with the programmers to develop the data collection eCRFs and dash boards;
- develop data quality monitoring programs using statistical packages or SQL;
- conduct site visits to assess the adherence to data management standards and quality assurance of data;
- participate in project meetings and propose recommendations for procedure modifications and development related to data management;
- prepare and disseminate periodical reports for progress of assigned projects and identify & remove bottlenecks to ensure smooth data entry;
- respond to data related inquiries received from project personnel regarding relevant project issues and procedures;
- monitor / Supervise Data entry of collected forms from various sources such as paper documents, electronic entry systems, and hand held devices;
- perform all other duties assigned by the Supervisor;
- prepare related monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements
You Should Have:
- Bachelors degree (preferably Masters) in Statistics / Computer Science / MIS;
- certifications in Database management is preferred;
- knowledge of REDCap / ODK / CSPro will be an added advantage;
- at least 3 years of related work experience preferably with a Research institute / Data Management Organization;
- good interpersonal and communication skills;
- excellent Computers and Time Management skills;
- strong Analytical, Qualitative and written skills;
- able to use statistical software like STATA/SPSS/R;
- willing to travel to field sites outside Karachi;
