Job Summary:

Are you an experienced software developer or product owner who loves working with customers and is passionate about service delivery? Join the Office of Information Technology as our Enterprise Service Management Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead the configuration and implementation of TeamDynamix across two vibrant campuses. This role blends hands-on application development with stakeholder engagement, helping drive our transformation into a service-first organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build request forms, workflows, and automation in TeamDynamix to streamline service delivery.
  • Integrate systems like Oracle Identity Manager, HRMS, Microsoft 365, and ClickUp to create a connected service ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable service management solutions.
  • Support service providers through onboarding, training, and mentoring as they adopt new tools and processes.
  • Shift left by configuring conversational AI, automation, and self-service capabilities in TDX.

Work Location:

HybridThis position is eligible for a hybrid work environment. The work schedule will be based around core working hours in Colorado Mountain Time.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Substitution: 4 years of professional or high-level technical/facilities work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. Or an associate’s degree with two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
  • Substitution: 4 years of professional or high-level technical/facilities work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. Or an associate’s degree with two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Senior

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in software administration and configuration or technical product ownership.

Principal

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development or technical product ownership.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience With Ipaas

  • Experience developing and administering service delivery applications, such as TeamDynamix, Service Now, or Jira
  • ITIL v4 Foundations Certified
  • Experience with higher education and/or medical education IT environments
  • Experience with IT Governance and Change Enablement (CAB) practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience building, supporting, or using conversational AI tools

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

  • Proven experience in software development
  • Demonstrated experience in software product ownership
  • Experience with agile methodologies of continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of service delivery best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills and a record of leading through influence
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-manage multiple competing priorities
  • Exceptional critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

$75,505-$96,043

Principal

$86,831-$110,449
