Work You’Ll Do
In this role you will serve as a Technical Fellow specifically aligned and focused on the Oracle Cyber technologies and Deloitte associated services.
With the strategic importance of Oracle to Deloitte’s long-term Cyber growth aspirations, this role will focus on driving client pursuits and providing technical expertise for our Oracle Cyber solutions specifically around OCI and OAG. This role will involve collaboration and coordination across Oracle, Deloitte, and current and future clients. Execution of this role will include:
- Advise clients on strategy and designing and implementing, migrating, and operating Oracle OCI and OAG Technologies
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle for senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Maintain strong domain knowledge Oracle solutions and support the delivery teams
- Lead eminence activities, such as whitepapers and POV’s pertaining to Oracle OCI and OAG technologies
- Provide technical support and advisement on joint Oracle / Deloitte projects
- Develop training content and lead training for our junior associates

A Technology Fellow contributes to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
- Architecting complex, innovative technology solutions with one of our premier alliance partners, with a focus on business outcomes, cost of quality, and long-term scalability and sustainability
- Leveraging expertise across the most strategic projects to minimize delivery risk and ensure system performance and scalability
- Driving adoption of the Oracle stack and leading practices by project teams
- Engaging with Deloitte and client leadership during sales and opportunity development
- Maintaining professional recognition internally and externally (e.g., through cross-industry tech advisory roles, publishing POVs, blogs and speaking at external forums)
Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years experience in technical leadership roles
- 10+ years experience with key Oracle technical solutions such as Oracle OCI and OAG.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Ability to make and meet commitments on a tight timeline with right-sized scoping on “must haves” to realize customer wins
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- Demonstrated experience driving both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and leading the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic engagements for large global organization

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $247,300 - $412,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
