Work You’Ll Do
Self-starter with experience in managing IT infrastructure modernization projects such as ServiceNow and Data Center Information Management (DCIM) platform deployment. Skilled at translating mission needs into technical requirements and prioritizing activities and milestones. Must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in creating project plans, leading project meetings, tracking risks, and tracking activity completion.
- Experience in preparing executive briefings utilizing PowerPoint
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data center and cloud services technical information to clients.
- Experience in identifying technology trends, determining process improvements, and implementing change.
- Experience in leading complex cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
- Knowledge of data center compute and storage infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
- Knowledge of cloud services offered by Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in developing IT infrastructure and cloud migration strategy documents such as data center modernization plans, hybrid cloud deployment strategies, and long-term/short-term IT infrastructure modernization/refresh roadmaps.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in information technology, with proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Active Secret Clearance required for this role.
- Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC, five days a week.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $208,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
