Role Name: Virtual Sales Assistant - Real Estate Coaching & Speaking Engagements
Schedule:

Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify prospects who have engaged with social media advertisements and provided their contact information
- Conduct engaging qualification conversations to understand prospects' real estate investment goals and motivations
- Guide qualified leads through the sales process, including program enrolment and scheduling personalized consultation calls
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to real estate offices, schools, and colleges to secure speaking opportunities
- Maintain professional communication through both phone calls and video conferences when required
- Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel
- Collaborate directly with company leadership to optimize lead conversion strategies and processes
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with strong focus on lead qualification and conversion
- Excellent communication skills with confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable appearing on video calls and building rapport through virtual interactions
- Experience with outbound calling, cold outreach, and handling objections professionally
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
