Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing e-commerce business as their Marketing Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment that values both systematic processes and adaptability, with the flexibility to work on your own schedule while contributing to critical marketing campaigns during the company’s busiest and most profitable season. With comprehensive training materials already in place and direct collaboration with the founder, you’ll have everything you need to make an immediate impact while growing your skills in e-commerce marketing. Responsibilities
- Manage and update Shopify website content, product listings, and store functionality
- Create visually appealing blog posts with proper formatting and optimization
- Design and resize marketing images and graphics using Canva for various campaigns
- Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS marketing flows to drive customer engagement
- Upload and optimize blog content in Google Search Console for SEO performance
- Coordinate marketing tasks and projects using Monday.com task management system
- Follow established systematic processes documented through comprehensive Loom training videos
- Quickly adapt to new marketing initiatives while maintaining alignment with quarterly business objectives
- Support high-impact Black Friday and holiday season marketing campaigns
- Contribute to process improvements and system optimization as the business scales
Requirements
- Proven experience with Shopify platform and e-commerce operations
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing campaign management
- Advanced skills in Canva for graphic design, image editing, and marketing materials
- Experience with Lead Pages or similar landing page creation tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com for project management or willingness to learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability as a quick learner who is resourceful and proactive in researching new tools
- Excellent adaptability skills with comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systematic processes while maintaining creativity
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns during high-volume sales periods preferred
