This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday – Friday , 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and research qualified B2B leads for CPR training services
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and connection building for both business development and personal networking for investment banking recruitment
  • Manage client registrations and administrative tasks for Full Code CPR
  • Send personalized email campaigns to prospects and existing clients (moving away from automated approaches)
  • Reach out to previous B2B clients for CPR certification renewals from your existing database
  • Respond to correspondence and text messages from clients
  • Process paperwork and issue certification cards with time-sensitive deadlines (5 PM Pacific)
  • Schedule coffee chats and virtual meetings for networking purposes
  • Write first-person outreach messages representing you for investment banking networking on LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain lead lists using research and verification
  • Handle renewal outreach for clients approaching their 2-year certification expiration

Scope:

  • Dual focus: B2B lead generation for CPR business and personal networking for investment banking career development
  • Non-voice role: primarily email and LinkedIn-based communication
  • Direct integration with your email systems and business tools
  • Work schedule aligned with Pacific Standard Time zone requirements
  • Performance-based role with potential for bonuses and incentives

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with business-level professionalism
  • Experience with lead generation and sales processes, particularly relationship-based approaches
  • Customer service background with ability to handle client interactions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social media networking
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours with end-of-day deadline
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Sales background helpful for handling objections and qualifying leads
  • Ability to understand and authentically represent both your business and personal professional brand
