Part-Time Fitness Zone Front Desk Support | Weekends Afternoon

John Boner Fitness and Learning Center is looking for a Fitness Zone Front Desk Support. This “first impressions greeter” is responsible for serving the needs of our Community with their excellence customer service and communication skills.  This position assists the Director of Fitness and Wellness by being their direct support and traffic control to the members and guest who come into the center. This person will impact the community by making our center a safe and welcoming place for all who will come!

Hours: Saturday & Sunday, weekly - 1:00pm-6:00pm

A Day In The Life:

• Maintains a positive and cooperative attitude, ensuring the needs of clients and team members are met and taken care of
• Make sure the members and guest are directed to the right programs/classes and will ensure times for classes are consistently up to date in the scheduling system
• Distributing cleaning materials, program information and flyers to our members
• Answering phones and directing communications to appropriate personnel     
• Building relationships with co-workers, volunteers, and members
• Providing the Director of Fitness and Wellness with accurate and timely time sheets, requisitions and cash receipts
• Entering and maintaining customer information into the Center’s customer database

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Requires a High School Diploma 
• Requires 1-3 years of customer-service or sales experience
