Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and manage assigned project by tracking milestones and activities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and other PHC Project Functional Analysts to develop and maintain Master Data
- Support master data projects by reviewing and categorizing legacy and current business data for integration into Product Hub Cloud, Teamcenter and Oracle ERPs (EBS, Cloud, JDE).
- Partner with business representatives to analyze data, define selection criteria, and implement master data procedures
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide status updates to the Product Owner, Program Increment planning teams, and Project Management Organization
- Assist project teams and end-users with requests related to master data
- Participate in occasional travel, including international assignments, for data mapping, loading, and implementation efforts.
- Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and end-users to ensure success.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent industry experience.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems—Teamcenter experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems—experience with EBS, Cloud, or JDE is a plus.
- Experience in using Product Hub Cloud
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience using data query tools, including SQL
- Experience in JIRA and Smartsheet
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
