Enterprise MDM Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assigned project by tracking milestones and activities
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other PHC Project Functional Analysts to develop and maintain Master Data
• Support master data projects by reviewing and categorizing legacy and current business data for integration into Product Hub Cloud, Teamcenter and Oracle ERPs (EBS, Cloud, JDE).
• Partner with business representatives to analyze data, define selection criteria, and implement master data procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide status updates to the Product Owner, Program Increment planning teams, and Project Management Organization
• Assist project teams and end-users with requests related to master data 
• Participate in occasional travel, including international assignments, for data mapping, loading, and implementation efforts.
• Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and end-users to ensure success.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent industry experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems—Teamcenter experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems—experience with EBS, Cloud, or JDE is a plus.
• Experience in using Product Hub Cloud
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using data query tools, including SQL
• Experience in JIRA and Smartsheet
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
