Key Responsibilities:

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process optimization strategies.

Process Standardization & Optimization

• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure consistency and quality across engineering and manufacturing processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Use tools like Power BI, Excel, or Minitab for reporting and visualization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies.

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Performance Monitoring

• Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for operational excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and performance.

Change Management

• Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support teams in adapting to new processes, tools, and technologies.

Cost Reduction & Efficiency Gains

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process redesign and automation.
• Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Qualification: B.E (Industrial Engineer)/ B. Tech + Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt 
• Experience: 5 - 7 years

Summary:- 
The Operational Excellence representative will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and optimizing processes across engineering operations. This role will focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing overall Engineering capability while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
