As a Product Manager within the One-Customer Experience Platform (1-CXP) product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. In this role you will be a key contact representing the 1-CXP data product team across Consumer and Community Banking colleagues. As a core product leader, you are responsible for helping to develop product platform capabilities that provide customer value. Utilizing your understanding of how to get a product delivered, you guide the successful launch of platform capabilities, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will collaborate across the 1-CXP Product “quad” (Product, Technology, Design and Data) to define Objectives and Key Results and deliver a roadmap that achieves those outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to our stakeholders
- Manage discovery and research efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate into our data platform capabilities
- Own, maintain, and develop a comprehensive product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition leveraging JIRA and the Align planning tool
- Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Own and Facilitate 1-CXP agile ceremonies (refinement, demos, retros, planning) in partnership with quad members
- Manage and prioritize multiple dependencies and infrastructure non-discretionary data work requests
- Provide regular reporting and insights on work efforts and resource utilization
- Leverage technical acumen to assist Architecture and Engineering teams in delivering optimal solutions for 1-CXP stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize the data product backlog, and define product vision and roadmap
- Support 1-CXP product functions, including billing, payments, TPO, vendor management, licensing, backlog refinement, and Jira/Align hygiene
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years’ of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Demonstrate product management experience, with expertise in Salesforce and vendor management
- Experience documenting agile initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, emphasizing clear and automatable acceptance criteria
- Experience engaging directly with end-users to identify needs, conduct fact-finding, and address issues with keen attention to detail
- Keen attention to details and comfortable communicating complex technical decisions clearly, highlighting their front-line impact to non-technical stakeholders

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Demonstrate productivity, positivity, and a solution-focused approach during organizational changes and challenges
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights and support decision-making
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly to senior stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- BS or equivalent level of education/experience
