Your Tasks

  • Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email 
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency 
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed 
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members 
  • Stay informed on our products, services and company policies 
  • Recommend and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate 

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education 
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) 
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools 
  • A team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude 
  • You’re efficient and can quickly adapt to new situations 
  • A natural problem-solver with empathy and professionalism 

Nice To Have

  • Experience in customer service  
  • Proficiency in an additional language (especially Swedish, Danish, German, Dutch, French or Spanish)
