Customer Service Representative - EU Support (Fixed Term)

Your Tasks:

• Answer questions about our services via live chat and email

• Work with teammates to find the best solutions 
• Learn about our products so you can assist better 
• Suggest other useful services if it fits the customer’s needs 

Your Qualifications:

• Strong English skills (spoken and written) 
• Basic computer knowledge (browsing, typing, using email, etc.) 
• Friendly, patient, and willing to help 
• High school graduate or higher 
• Fast learner and team player 

Nice to have (but not required): 

• Experience in customer service
