Full Time
Design, develop, and execute test programs for semiconductor devices using various test equipment and software tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch
Collect and perform statistical analysis on metrology data to correlate to performance metrics
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports
Lead full cycle of tester development against engineering requirement specifications. Take complete ownership of transferring metrology technologies from R&D to mass production
Establish and perform tester alignment and calibration procedures and ensure testers are performing as intended and providing accurate data
Work with engineering design team(s) to clarify/refine performance metric definition for test solution implementation
Troubleshoot and debug test issues, working closely with other engineers and technicians as needed
Participate in developing of new test methodologies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor testing
Up to 50% domestic and international travel required
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline with 2+ years of experience or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
Hands-on experience in ATE test program development from concept to implementation
Demonstrable understanding of digital logic, microprocessors, and semiconductor devices
Familiarity with semiconductor test equipment, including ATE systems, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc
Proficiency in statistical data analysis using Minitab or JMP
Professional level proficiency in English
Exemplary communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Skills in programming in python or equivalent language
Previous experience in the AR/VR field
Familiarity with display silicon testing
Familiarity with optics or optical engineering
In-depth knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Measurement System Analysis
Experience in image processing and algorithm development
Experience in Zemax, Code V, LightTools, FRED or other optical design/simulation tools
Expertise in ATE Equipment programming (e.g. Teradyne UltraFLEX, Advantest 93k)
