The Global Operations Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for Meta's communities by way of support, education, and care for the various people around the world who use our platforms. We pride ourselves in helping prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our products, and by influencing others to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Integrity Operations' focus is on improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms. We are seeking an experienced individual who consistently works under their own initiative and is interested in mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Human and Adult Sexual Exploitation Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Security, Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations, Graphic Content Responsibilities

Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements

Manage and improve day-to-day Exploitation problems operations against quality and efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment

Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations

Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems

Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats

Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community

Build robust cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users

Develop an in-depth understanding of Exploitation issues and how they affect our community

Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material

This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing

Bachelor's degree

2+ years experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment

Experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations

Experience working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking

Experience communicating with various audiences, including engineering and technical teams

Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions

Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content

MBA or graduate degree

3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement

Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm

$34.62/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
