Strategy Development: Develop and refine a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for business messaging across EMEA, aligning with global marketing objectives and regional business priorities
Program Execution: Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing programs with and through partners, including co-marketing campaigns, enablement initiatives, events, and digital marketing activities
Impact Measurement: Establish clear performance indicators and robust reporting mechanisms to track, analyze, and optimize the performance and ROI of all partner marketing programs. Provide regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams, including sales, product, regional marketing, legal, and communications, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment on objectives
Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver compelling marketing collateral, tools, and training to equip partners with the resources needed to effectively articulate the value proposition of our business messaging solutions
Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key partner marketing contacts, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for mutual growth
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments within the business messaging space across EMEA to inform strategic planning
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances marketing, with a focus on the enterprise segment
Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs for B2B technology solutions
Proven ability to work effectively across complex organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions and measure impact
Experience in the messaging, SaaS, or communications technology industry
Understanding of the business messaging ecosystem (e.g., CPaaS providers, system integrators, ISVs)
Professional working fluency in one or more major European languages in addition to English
