We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Amfilochia Plant as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Automation.

What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical systems
- Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution
- Manage spare parts in cooperation with spare parts Supervisor
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in cooperation with maintenance planner
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a industrial environment
- Great knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of Industrial Automation. PLC Siemens S7 Tia Portal. Familiarized with industrial protocols such us Profinet and Ethernet/IP.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
