Team Management and Mentorship: Guide and empower a team of marketing professionals, including the SEO Manager and Commerce Lead, ensuring alignment with Meta’s overarching business objectives
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize comprehensive analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of web marketing strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by robust data insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthen collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are synchronized with product development and corporate goals
Drive SEO and Commerce Innovation: Spearhead innovative SEO and commerce web marketing initiatives that push the envelope in consumer engagement and market penetration
Bachelor’s Degree
15+ years of experience in web marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in people management
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious goals
Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities are crucial for driving web marketing success
Experience leading web marketing efforts for a comprehensive digital platform
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills with a pronounced focus on strategic planning and execution
