Your Role
The Platform Strategy & Operations team is responsible for enabling, managing, and scaling Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as a core enterprise engagement platform. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Engagement Platform Operations. In this role you will manage and own the SFMC platform, driving its roadmap, adoption, and measurable business value across the enterprise. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical architects, and operations teams to ensure SFMC enables omnichannel engagement, accelerates speed to market, and delivers high-quality member experiences. Your Work
In This Role, You Will:
- Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas.
- Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
- Conduct secondary market research.
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Serve as the product owner for the SFMC platform, accountable for vision, roadmap, and value delivery.
- Facilitate executive-level presentations, demos, and stakeholder updates.
- Drive trade-off discussions between scope and schedule to balance speed and quality.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, educating business and technical partners.
- Identify risks within the product roadmap and create mitigation plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into prioritized backlog items.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
- Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.
- Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including administration, campaign execution, and roadmap ownership.
- Experience in Healthcare, payer, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance, privacy and data governance.
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership, aligning technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical developers and executive business leaders.
- Salesforce certifications (i.e., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant) is a plus.
