Job Summary:
This position is for Table Technician ensuring proper operation tables/equipment and the maintenance and repair of both tables and all associated equipment.
Job Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
- Conduct preventative maintenance on Table Games with detailed records
- Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to calls over the radio
- Take initiative to provide internal and external service to guest, co-workers, and supervisors
- Clean, repair and diagnosis of faulty shufflers, corrects minor mechanical issues, electrical and electronic failures and in depth troubleshooting etc.
- Maintain, install and clean table game signage and ensures proper operation
- Provide preventative maintenance to roulette wheels and other table related devices
- Conduct follow-ups on repairs or parts requested
- Install, convert, upgrade and move gaming tables in specified time frame with 100% accuracy
- Ensure games and related equipment are communicating properly with in house monitoring/recording system(s)
- Posses the ability to work in an individual or team environment
- Maintain, replace and repair table layouts, table rails, etc.
- Repair and maintain gaming supplies such as toke boxes, discard rack, chip trays etc.
- Complete a repair log and maintain information and data via excel and e-mail
- Participative member of the team by volunteering and being involved with projects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions
- Proactive with incidents and issues, ensuring that they are resolved
- Invoke service recovery as needed
- Adhere to internal controls, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year electronics Training, Certification, Technical School or experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than one (1) DUI convictions or 3 or more moving violations, 3 or more traffic citation convictions in the past 3 years (from date of conviction) or conviction for suspension or conviction for at fault accident within the last 3 years preferred
- Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic carpentry, electricity and general maintenance
- Knowledge of tools, parts, supplies and equipment used in basic carpentry and general maintenance.
- Operating computer hardware and software pertaining to the setup and maintenance of electronic table devices
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent attendance record in previous positions
- Demonstrate high levels of required service skills on a consistent basis

Physical, Mental, And Environmental Demands:
- Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Must be able to lift 300 pounds using a dolly
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds with team lifting
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds manually
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of casino
- Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist, crawl and grip items
- Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
