The Xbox Planning & Insights (XPI) team plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the Gaming organization by delivering business planning, intelligence, analytics, and decision science that drive impact across the Xbox ecosystem. We partner cross-functionally to optimize performance, inform investment decisions, and ensure alignment with long-term goals. We are seeking a content programming Product Manager to drive operational excellence across the catalog of 500+ games available to our subscribers in Game Pass. This is a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary role that requires close partnership with content planning, business development, engineering, and marketing to execute on content opportunities across all Game Pass platforms, including Xbox, PC, and cloud gaming.

Responsibilities
- Partner with ID@Xbox program, content planning, and marketing teams to build best-in-class content calendar
- Drive entry/exit motion for a broad catalog of Game Pass titles across multiple platforms and markets
- Champion Game Pass Benefits, content updates, and other run-rate programs while ensuring contractual compliance
- Serve as a center of collaboration to support showcase planning and other go-to-market
- Own rhythm-of-business deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI) with a security-first approach
- Produce quantitative and qualitative analysis and content insights to drive deeper insights for Microsoft
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, marketing, or product planning experience in technology, media, or entertainment sectors.

Preferred Qualifictions:
- Experience using data-driven approaches for problem solving
- Experience in working across functions and organizations, with ability to navigate roadblocks and challenges
- Track record of communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills, including leading discussions with senior leaders to actionable decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environments with rapidly changing requirements
Product Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year.
