Responsibilities

  • Optimize Event Performance – Monitor resource capacity and satisfaction across Event service lines. Use data to adjust delivery models and ensure responsiveness.
  • Lead Root Cause & Resilience – Drive structured analysis and corrective action planning to strengthen delivery and prevent recurrence.
  • Scale Supplier Operations – Partner with global Suppliers to oversee Service Delivery Hub operations and align resource models using lean principles.
  • Drive Supplier Excellence – Manage Supplier reviews, identify gaps, and integrate findings into process improvements.
  • Ensure Platform Integrity – Apply governance frameworks to ensure marketing systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Streamline with Automation – Partner with MarTech to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Forecast with Precision – Use analytics to inform operational rhythms and build forecasting models.
  • Embed Compliance by Design – Collaborate with Privacy/CELA to embed compliance into MarTech platforms and workflows.
  • Influence Strategic Partnerships – Foster cross-functional partnerships to expand scope, scale, and workflow efficiency.
  • Champion Event Services – Promote Event service adoption using performance data and strategic narratives.
  • Evangelize & Align – Communicate shared roadmaps and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead Fiscal Year Rollover – Plan and execute rollover activities to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in marketing program management, operations, or technical delivery with tangible results.
  • 5+ years experience in campaign execution, budgets, and event frameworks.
  • 3+ years experience manages agencies and large-scale vendor operations for high-impact events.
  • OR equivalent experience.
 Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
