As the Growth and Analytics Lead for the Microsoft Consumer Channel Partner Marketing organization, you will empower consumers and partners worldwide by transforming how Microsoft engages across digital and retail channels. 

This role centers on growth, data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and strategic insights to maximize customer acquisition and deepen partner engagement. You will collaborate deeply with Line of Business (LOB) leads for Windows, Surface, and Microsoft 365, as well as with Regional Consumer Channel Partner Marketing leads, Channel Sales, and worldwide product marketing stakeholders. This is a partner-first role, requiring a deep understanding of consumer behavior, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage innovative technologies such as AI and machine learning to solve key marketing challenges and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Partner Execution

  • Lead the execution of growth marketing initiatives, focusing on solving key challenges to accelerate partner engagement and consumer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies across subscription marketing, retailer capabilities, and marketing programs to drive long-term success.
  • Partner with regional teams to align strategies with local consumer behaviors and market dynamics, optimizing for maximum impact.
  • Use A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimization techniques to improve campaign results and ROI.

Data & AI-Driven Insights

  • Define KPIs and develop real-time dashboards to monitor and optimize marketing performance, collaborating closely with teams across Windows, M365, and Surface.
  • Integrate Microsoft’s AI technologies, including Copilot, to unlock actionable insights from data, driving smarter decision-making across marketing programs.
  • Build and refine predictive models to better understand customer behavior and optimize digital marketing funnels for greater effectiveness.

Cross-Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Foster collaboration with internal teams such as Business Units, Operations, and Customer Insights to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
  • Influence key stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven insights, aligning on shared goals and driving consensus.
  • Champion AI-driven innovation within the marketing team, developing new marketing solutions to streamline processes and deliver measurable growth at scale.
  • Create scalable playbooks and resources to empower internal teams and external partners with AI-powered marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience leading global digital transformation or eCommerce enablement efforts.
  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, with a focus on partner/channel marketing and transformation strategies.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience scaling AI-powered marketing solutions across global partner network.
  • 5+ years experience in through partner marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing analytics, performance optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Skilled in data-driven marketing strategies, encompassing paid media, A/B testing, search, CRM, and performance evaluation.
  • Extensive experience scaling marketing initiatives in collaboration with global field and partner teams across digital and retail channels.
  • Storytelling and influencing capabilities that foster cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment.
  • Background in consumer technology or subscription-based business models is advantageous.
  • Proven success in partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to implement impactful growth strategies.

Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
