Finance Manager, AI

You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization
• Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
• Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
• Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
• Help define and implement scalable financial processes
• Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
• Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
• Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
• Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
