💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle vendor invoices (with or without purchase orders) in SAP
• Communicate directly with suppliers and manage invoice-related issues
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment proposals
• Support the full end-to-end Accounts Payable process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies

✅ What You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or higher – preferably in Economics or Finance
• Previous experience in AP or finance is a plus – but not required!
• Confidence using Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
