Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for our customer experience teams — including Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, and other frontline roles that shape the client journey. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that prioritizes both candidate experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CX leadership to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on experience, culture alignment, and customer-centric mindset.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all CX roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Stay informed on trends and best practices in CX hiring and the talent market.
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on customer-facing or CX roles.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience hiring for high-volume or support center/customer service roles.
- Understanding of CX metrics, roles, and structures.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
