About The Role

This position is based at IU West MOB in Avon, with occasional travel to satellite practices in Plainfield, Brownsburg, and Mooresville. It provides administrative and practice support for the OBGYN Service Line and Clinical RN Manager, assisting with practice operations, monitoring budgets and targets, implementing policies, managing projects, and collaborating with management and physicians. Additionally, the role offers interim managerial support when needed in the absence of Practice Administrators or Clinic Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1-2 years professional office experience (preferably healthcare related), and familiarity with health care organizations required. Masters of Health Administration or Masters of Business Administration may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Accounting, Business, Management, Science or Health Administration concentration preferred
